Davide Di Fabio was born in Rho, Milan but he is not Milanese. He arrived in Modena in 2005. But he is not Modenese. Davide's family is from Bellante, in Abruzzo, and he considers himself Abruzzese above all. Davide has been working at Osteria Francescana since 2005. In the past few years he has traveled around the world to events and culinary congresses assisting Massimo Bottura.

Davide has a passion for direct and true flavors with roots in his imagination. His second love is music and DJs after work when possible. If he had not become a chef, he would have become a farmer.
