The "Star Restaurants Program" was created to showcase the best restaurants of Cancun - Riviera Maya and Mexico City.
The program consists of one Fixed Price Promotional Menu , starting in January 2013 and until March 2013, offered simultaneously in all Top 20 restaurants, chosen from a list of 75 as the best in: Service, Food Presentation, Food Flavor, Creativity/Variety, Wine List and Décor.
This list was made by: selective non-restaurant owners’ committee including food and beverage professionals, gastronomy university leaders, entrepreneurs and food lovers and in the case of the 5 restaurants in Mexico City the selection was made by the festival’s founder and CEO, Mr. David Amar.
All the information about the Star Restaurants was gathered in a Gourmet Guide available in all the selected restaurants and inside you will find a Loyalty Card for the frequent clients.
